Tubi is rolling out a big batch of classic animation starting March 1, 2026, and it’s pulling from multiple decades of Cartoon Network, Warner Bros., and Hanna-Barbera titles. Tubi even joked that its cartoon era starts March 1, which honestly fits the vibe when you look at how deep this lineup goes.
The key part is that Tubi’s doing this on its usual model: free streaming with ads, so you won’t need another paid subscription just to revisit your Saturday-morning staples.
Why This Lineup Feels Like A Real Multi-Decade Mix
The list of cartoons brings about nearly all Cartoon Network, Kids WB, and Boomerang favorites. The most notable of which are the different DC shows spanning across several decades like Super Friends, The Adventures of Batman, The Plastic Man Comedy Show, Justice League, and Justice League Action.
Looney Tunes and Hanna-Barbera animations from the 60s to the 80s are included. You have the classic Flintstones for the 60s kids and Flintstones Kids for the 80s kids. The Yogi’s gang for the 70s kids and Yogi’s Treasure Hunt for the 90s kids.

My Top Picks
What would I watch among the shows starting March 1? I’ll break down 4 I am excited for:
- MAD: Fans of the Don Martin, Spy vs Spy, and other hilarious skits will love the original MAD magazine TV animation. It has the same unique and weird comedy as the magazine. Essentially, its the best chance to see Don Martin and Antonio Prohias work made into animation.
- The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest: The 90-modernization of Jonny Quest was done right with this series. There were memorable villains like Jeremiah Surd and Ezekiel Rage. What everyone also remembers is the incredible opening theme that improved the original.
- Yogi’s Treasure Hunt: It’s a team-up of Yogi Bear and other Hanna-Barbera characters against Dick Dastardly and Muttley. The concept of a treasure hunt race was incredibly fun for a younger me while not being familiar with most of the characters. Its also another cartoon on the list with a catchy intro.
- Freakazoid: The comedy of this series is still relatable and amazing. The zaniness and unpredictability of Freakazoid can create chaotic comedic scenarios that catch anyone offguard. Again, its also one of the cartoons with a catchy intro.
